The following information was emailed to me: Your lamp was manufactured by the Gibraltar Electric Clock Company of Jersey City, New Jersey. A company noted for its zinc "slush cast" clock cases and lamp bases. This company connected to numerous other companies produced lamps and clocks from the late 19th century until the middle of the 20th. In its latter years it produced carnival ware for side show games. The art work on your lamp and that of other Gibraltar lamps and clocks are very appealing to buyers of today since the art is so very representanal and what buyers today call retro charm.
