DV PURCHASE & GUARANTEE POLICY:
I have been in the retail business for many years. Honest description of product leads to completed purchases from pleased customers. I guarantee satisfaction with any item that I sell.
Ordering is easy. Order@diannevetromile.com with the item information and price. I will email confirmation including packing/shipping charges and a payment address. I will hold an ordered item for ten days unless instructed otherwise.
Payment is easy. Send a personal check or money order. I am sorry but I do not accept charges directly. If you want use or Pay Pal to forward payment you are welcome to do so. My ID on both is dv@diannevetromile.com
Upon inspection of your purchase: If for any reason you should be disappointed please let me know immediately by email or phone (508-255-0996). I will give permission for the return and guide you through the process. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped. Return shipping and insurance will be the customer's responsibility. When I receive the returned item in original condition I will send your refund.
If damage occurs during the shipping process please notify me immediately. It is your responsibility to call your local UPS office or US Post Office, report the damage and receive instructions. Save the original box and packing materials.
This is all part of the inspection. UPS and the USPS will make the decisions at this point.
