Just a brief note to let you know that the Syracyse divided bowl
arrived yesterday (12 March) in PERFECT condition. I could not get over the
fantastic care taken with packaging the item for shipment (husband joked
that it was a revised version of the "box in a box" game! lol)...you could
teach many other antique shippers a thing or two!
Anyway, thank you ever so much for the bowl (& also for putting up w/
my insufficient postage envelope)...we are EXTREMELY pleased with the deal &
hope (if you'll have us) to do business w/ you again. :-)

The cookbook arrived today and it is the one I wanted. The pages inside are
the same, only the cover is different. Yes, it is in better than good
condition. I know my friend that I am going to give it to will be thrilled.

I received the book yesterday. Thanks so much for your help...my mother will be greatly surprised, as she has been looking for this for years! Thanks! David
The "critters" arrived today safe and sound (thanks to a great packing job by their previous owner). The were delighted to be free from there confinement. They now hang in the arch between my kitchen and dinning area with a large hand carved northern pike in hot pursuit. All looks out 100 feet to the lake in front of my house and 500 yards to my favorite ice fishing spot. They are absolutely marvelous and I have to admit the beaver is my favorite. I couldn't be more pleased. If you have any other ice fishing memorabilia of this quality (water bug, etc.) please let me know. They are just great. Thanks and regards, John

Just for your information. The mug will be a Christmas gift for my mother. When she was a child, she sent away for this mug, but because she lived in Canada at the time, Ovaltine wouldn't send her one. Recently she related this story to me, and since she has apparently never forgotten her disappointment over not being able to get one as a child, I'm hoping she will be pleased.
